Managed Services Pricing
Our managed services are priced such that they can be mixed and matched, a la carte, or purchased as an independent, complementary service to any SkyNOC service tier; allowing each customer a tailored path to cloud computing.
For example, a customer that has highly skilled but limited IT staff during normal business hours may elect our SkyNOC tier 2 monitoring service in combination with our Operating System Patching and Antivirus Managed Services. With this combination of services, the customer would receive 24 x 7 monitoring from BluePoint Data, call routing from BluePoint Data, call escalation from BluePoint Data in periodic proactive services to maintain the patch level of their operating systems, and the currency of their antivirus systems. Of course, like all of BluePoint’s SkyNOC customers, the customer will also receive a complete case management system in all of BluePoint’s SAS70 audited processes. The customer will continue to provide move/add/change and problem resolution. In the future, if this customer decided they would like 24-hour monitoring of their applications, they would upgrade their SkyNOC offering to tier three; and if later they decided they would like BluePoint Data to also resolve problems, they would upgrade to SkyNOC tier 4.
