Our managed services support strives to protect customers from viruses and other intruders. Patches are applied monthly and verified using BluePoint supplied tools. If an emergency patch is needed, we are available 24X7 to do so. Virus signatures are constantly monitored and updated daily. Virus scanning engines are also updated regularly. In short, our managed services support is designed to be proactive such that you business is protected against known viruses and other malware; while also ensuring operating levels are current and properly patched to maximize compatibility and to minimize response times if an issue does occur.
