BluePoint provides true, staffed 24 x 7 services. These services are provided by our in-house staff based near Atlanta, Georgia. Our proprietary Unite software ensures that every problem, every case, every alert, and every request is received, recognized, prioritized, communicated and when necessary, escalated. Through our case management system, and included portal our customers know what we know when we know it… We have a communications policy of full transparency.
