To ensure that we can provide the level of service you need, our SkyNOC service has five distinct levels:

  3. Monitor, route and escalate + application watch
  4. Monitor, route, escalate and resolve
  5. Monitor, route, escalate and move/add/change

As you can see, each level of service builds on the last. For level I, BluePoint watches over the store, detects problems automatically and ensures that the proper people on your team are aware of the problem and have the information they need to begin resolving it.

For level II we take all the features of level I and add the escalation feature so that if your primary contact for a given issue was not available, it will be it escalated to a second level; and eventually to a third if the second level is not available.

Level III takes all the features of level II and implements a comprehensive monitoring of your critical applications such that business process continuity and then user satisfaction can be insured and maintained.

Level IV means BluePoint will not only detect, route and escalate, but will also resolve the problems; large or small. We do so with firm response commitments, firm SLA’s, and a clear and predetermined fee structure.

Level V adds move/add/change to the service level.  With this level BluePoint manages all change control through our SAS70 audited change control process and implements approved changes within scheduled maintenance windows.
