Cloud Computing Pricing
For all of our cloud services BluePoint Data offers a tiered pricing scenario. For SkyNOC services, these tiers represent levels of service that, at one extreme, have BluePoint Data monitoring your infrastructure for events, and then routing those cases back to your IT team for resolution; all the way up to tier 5 where BluePoint Data has taken complete responsibility for monitoring, management and move/add/change. These cloud computing pricing tiers allow you to “plug-in” BluePoint’s SkyNOC services to the degree that best fits your organization.
SkyServer also offers tiered pricing, offering three distinct levels of performance and capacity. Tier 1 is great for smaller jobs, while tier 3 provides the CPU memory and balance throughout all but the very largest database or application server tasks. Of course, if you need even more processing, memory or storage space than we offer within these tiers; or you have some other special need, we can provide a custom configuration that will meet your needs at a special bid price.
For SkyBackup, two tiers keep it very simple. Tier 1 is a remote backup solution. BluePoint Data has a long standing reputation for backing up remote data of virtually any size. Tier 2 is for our hosting customers to have their equipment hosted in one of our data centers. With our high-speed networks, high-performance storage and de-duplicating disk farms, our SkyBackup offering will keep your data protected.
Of course, along with our tiered pricing all tiers of all services include BluePoint’s ironclad service level agreements (SLA).
